When you purchase coins, they will automatically be added to your account. However, sometimes a network connection issue can cause errors or delays for your coins to appear in your account.
If this happens, please try force closing Tango and relaunching to refresh user account. If this doesn't work, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot/copy of the following for us to check your account and verify the purchase:
- Purchase email receipt from Google Play or Apple App store
- Tango Profile showing the current coin balance
- Tango registered phone number or email address
