I purchased gems in Road Riot but didn't receive them

If you have purchased gems in Road Riot but the gems do not appear in your account, please do the following: 

1. Gather the following information to be provided in your support ticket: 

  • Registered Tango account information including phone number and email address
  • Quantity of gems you currently have in your account
  • Amount of gems purchased 
  • Screenshot of receipt displaying Road Riot gems purchase and date

2. Submit a support request by clicking HERE with the requested information

Once your support ticket is submitted with the requested information, we will reply as soon as we can.
