(Android) I'm having problems receiving notifications

If you're experiencing issues receiving notifications on your Android device, please try the following: 

  1. Make sure you're running the latest version of Tango. Update Tango now!
  2. Check to see that you don't have any background data restrictions enabled on your device
  3. Force close any other apps running in the background, while making sure Tango is running in the background
  4. Connect your device to another network connection. If you are connected to your mobile carrier's network, try connecting your device to an available Wi-Fi connection
