My Account Has Been Suspended

If you have violated our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use for any activity deemed inappropriate on any account that you own, your account is subject to suspension and access to Tango may be revoked without warning.

Reasons for account suspension can include:

  • hateful, threatening, pornographic, obscene, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, libelous or defamatory content
  • content encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or bring forth civil liability
  • harassment to other users including continued unwanted contact, offensive use of language (public or private), displays of nudity
  • spamming channel posts (constant begging for people to add you, copy and pasting large comments, illegible writing, and etc.)

If you do not fall into any of the above reasons and feel your account has been suspended accidentally, please click here to contact us. Make sure to include your Tango registered email address and phone number as they appear in your account settings.

You can review Tango's Terms of Use which outlines the restrictions (#5 Additional Restrictions) in detail.

Tango reserves the right to reinstate or terminate accounts based on review of the account activity.
