If you are experiencing difficulties receiving Tango calls, this can be due to a number of reasons. One of them is due to your account not being verified and another is a weak Internet connection so please ensure you have a strong network connection. Try Tangoing when both sides are on Wi-Fi and then when both sides are on the cellular network to see if there is a difference. Check the links below for more troubleshooting steps.
