Make sure that your Tango account is verified and that you are connected to a reliable network connection. To receive calls on your device you must allow 'Push Notifications' for Tango.
To allow Push Notifications for Tango:
- Tap on the Settings app on your device
- Tap on Notifications
- Tap on Tango under Notification Center
- Make sure Show in Notification Center, Badge App Icon, Sounds, and Show on Lock Screen are all turned ON.
Also make sure ALERT STYLE is set to Banners or Alerts
